Dedicated educator shaping young economists. Teaches econometrics, microeconomics, mathematical economics at MA/MPhil/PhD levels.
Teaching economics is not just my profession; it is my passion and lifelong commitment to the young generation.
My research bridges wage discrimination, local governance, green governance, environmental & resource economics, climate change, international trade, health-education, remittance, and the informal sector economy.
I am comfortable with advanced analytical techniques: Input‑Output analysis, Social Accounting Matrix (SAM), Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) modelling, Impact Evaluation, Cost‑benefit analysis, scenario development, and recently Systems Thinking — offering fresh perspectives on complex social science issues.

Innovative teaching in economics can drive positive change and shape a better future.
I integrate real-world data, problem-solving econometrics, and computational modelling into every module. My courses are designed to foster replicable and groundbreaking research.
Two significant themes: Socio-economic-ecological impacts of Conservation Areas in Nepal & Assessing effectiveness of local governments under fiscal federalism.
New exploration: Causal inference & institutional perspectives — econometrics remains my "green pasture land," yet systems thinking opens new frontiers for social-ecological modelling.
